The Pattisier

Passed by the Mohamed Sultan outlet the other day and could not resist... ended up buy 3 pieces of cakes for $21!

Pricey and portions are small when compared to Canale and Obolo. But I cannot fault the taste, presentation and quality.

Didn't get a decent shot of Cocoa Cheese which is a New York Cheesecake with chocolate mousse.

Coconut Caramello - caramel chocolate mossse layered with hazelnut sponge, against a fragant crisp coconut base

Chai - earl grey flavoured chocolate with almond sponge and butter cream

  1. Have never tried their little cakes, but the effort they go through for their croquembouche is just amazing.
(See Corinne's and Michael's first birthday cakes).
I find it to be worth every cent.

  2. Yeah, good stuff really.
A guy wanted to place an order for a passion fruit cake for his wife's birthday, he told them he wanted to pick up the night before. The staff told him they do not recommend keeping the passion fruit cake overnight, advised him to either collect on the actual day or order something else! I was impressed.
