Mango Cheesecake from da paolo Gastronomia

Quick post.

Was at Great World City saw they were selling cakes at da paolo Gastronomia. All looked tempting and interesting.

Bought a slice of mango cheesecake. Quick snapshot before I attacked it.

I think it is value for money. Not too sweet, firm enough and the base it not too wet or loose.

Passed by the Mohamed Sultan outlet the other day and could not resist... ended up buy 3 pieces of cakes for $21!

Pricey and portions are small when compared to Canale and Obolo. But I cannot fault the taste, presentation and quality.

Didn't get a decent shot of Cocoa Cheese which is a New York Cheesecake with chocolate mousse.
