Did some food tasting for an event during middle of July 2010.
Started with a water melon mojito
Bread basket
Starter ~ Seared Scallops with grain mustard and orange emulsion
Soup ~ Truffle infused Mushroom Soup
Main Course ~ Grilled Bamboo Lobster with Cream Cheese
Dessert ~ Chocolate Mousse with poached apple and champagne sauce
Nice staff, friendly and flexible management. Though they need to improve their operations if they really wanna cater to events.
